Product Information

We create your magnets fully custom-made and do not outsource production. This allows us to start production quickly after receiving your order.

Available sizes

We currently offer 2 formats:

  • 50 × 50 mm (slightly smaller than a credit card)
  • 63 × 63 mm (a bit bigger than a credit card)

Product features

  • Images are printed in the best possible quality on premium photo paper
  • Magnets are made using thick acrylic plates, making them very sturdy
  • Full edge-to-edge printing
  • Local production in Eindhoven (in-house)

Important when uploading your photo

  • Use a high-resolution photo
  • At this moment, you cannot edit photos on our website — please ensure your images are already square
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings

Once we receive your order, we start production quickly.
Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Shipping via: PostNL, DHL, DPD, and Deutsche Post
  • Track & Trace: if available
  • Shipping costs: depend on your order and shipping method; the exact amount is shown during checkout.

Delivery

PrintPerfect is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Is your package missing or arrived damaged? Please contact us.

No cooling-off period for personalized products (legally determined)

Our products are custom-made specifically for you.

Therefore, your order cannot be returned or cancelled for the following reasons:

  • You uploaded the wrong photo
  • The photo is low quality
  • You changed your mind
  • You are not satisfied with the chosen design
  • You made a mistake during upload

This is legally defined in Article 6:230p BW and Directive 2011/83/EU – Article 16(c).

You do have the right to a solution in the following cases:

For production or shipping errors, we always offer a solution:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • The print contains a clear defect
  • You received the wrong product

We may request photos for assessment. In most cases, you will not need to return the product.
