Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms, the following definitions apply:

  • PrintPerfect: the company located at Smuldersweg 94, 5654 CC Eindhoven, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 50541072.
  • Consumer: any natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with PrintPerfect.
  • Agreement: any distance contract between PrintPerfect and the consumer via the webshop.
  • Custom / personalized product: a product manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications, such as uploaded photos, images, texts or other personalizations.
  • Cooling-off period / right of withdrawal: the statutory period in which consumers may revoke a purchase (not applicable to personalized products – see Article 8).
  • Day: calendar day.
  • Written: email or letter.

Article 2 – Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer from PrintPerfect and to every distance contract concluded between PrintPerfect and the consumer.

The terms are made available clearly before or during the ordering process.

By placing an order, the consumer agrees to these terms.

Article 3 – The Offer

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.

Displayed colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

Since PrintPerfect works with personalized products, items are only produced after the order has been paid.

Article 4 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer places an order and pays via the webshop.

PrintPerfect confirms the order by email.

The consumer is responsible for providing correct photos, texts, and other personalization details.

Article 5 – Prices

All prices include VAT and applicable charges unless otherwise stated.

PrintPerfect reserves the right to change prices and product information, but never after the agreement has been concluded.

Article 6 – Payments

Payments are processed via:

  • Mollie
  • Stripe

The consumer must pay directly when placing the order.

The order will only be produced after payment has been received.

Article 7 – Delivery and Execution

  • PrintPerfect produces all products in-house.
  • Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 working days after receiving payment.
  • Deliveries are carried out by PostNL, DHL, or DPD.
  • PrintPerfect is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
  • If a product cannot be delivered due to circumstances outside the consumer’s responsibility, the consumer will receive a replacement product or a refund.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

IMPORTANT: NO COOLING-OFF PERIOD FOR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

PrintPerfect exclusively supplies personalized products (print-on-demand).

Under Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code and Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal is excluded for:

“the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.”

This means the consumer has no right to return or refund in cases such as:

  • Incorrectly supplied photos
  • Low resolution or quality issues caused by the source file
  • Incorrect uploads
  • Changing one’s mind
  • Not being satisfied with the chosen design

Exception: PrintPerfect does provide a solution if the issue is caused by us.
The consumer is entitled to a free replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • There is a clear production or print defect
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • PrintPerfect may request proof (e.g., photos) for warranty claims.

Article 9 – Conformity and Warranty

PrintPerfect guarantees that the product complies with the agreement.

Colors, brightness, and contrast may vary slightly from the digital preview due to material, printing technique, and screen settings; this does not constitute a defect.

Article 10 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable period, clearly described and complete, via info@printperfect.nl.

PrintPerfect will respond within a maximum of 14 days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved jointly, the consumer may submit the dispute to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

Article 11 – Liability

PrintPerfect is not liable for damage caused by the consumer providing incorrect information.

PrintPerfect is not liable for indirect damages.

Total liability is limited to the value of the order.

Article 12 – Force Majeure

If PrintPerfect cannot fulfil the agreement due to force majeure (such as outages, power failures, pandemics, strikes, transport issues), PrintPerfect has the right to suspend or cancel the delivery without compensation.

Article 13 – Privacy

PrintPerfect processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the webshop.

Article 14 – Intellectual Property

All texts, photos, designs, and content on the website remain the property of PrintPerfect.

By uploading images, the consumer declares that they have the rights to the material provided. PrintPerfect is not responsible for copyright violations by the consumer.

Article 15 – Applicable Law

These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Article 16 – Amendments

PrintPerfect reserves the right to amend these terms.
The most recent version is always available on the webshop.
